Western Pennsylvania is currently gripped by a public safety and public health crisis. Heroin/opioid-involved overdose deaths have increased dramatically in our region and across the United States. Although much work has been done in recent years to forge stronger public safety and public health partnerships and to integrate overdose response, we must continue to identify new and more effective strategies to reduce overdose deaths in Western Pennsylvania and beyond. Your participation is critical to this effort. Please join us at a regional workshop on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at Westmoreland County Community College.
While there is no cost to attend, registration is required. Also, continuing education credits are available for a fee for some professions. Please pay continuing education fees with a check or money order. Cash and credit cards will not be accepted for fee payments. This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for (6.5) hours of substantive credit. There is a $130 fee for processing CLE credit for this event.
