Kimberly Carson

Kimberly Carson is the Program Manager at the Dick Thornburgh Forum for Law & Public Policy at the University of Pittsburgh. As the sole staff person for this department for nearly a decade, Kim organizes and administers all events brought to campus by the Dick Thornburgh Forum, reconciles the endowment budget, promotes grants and the associated application process for each, coordinates and produces an annual fundraiser, composes an electronic newsletter, serves as webmaster, and a variety of full-circle office management responsibilities. 

Kim came to the Dick Thornburgh Forum following her position as Operations Administrator at Pitt Law. Having worked for several years with Governor and Mrs. Thornburgh coordinating the Thornburgh Family Lecture Series on Disability Law & Policy, it was an honor to accept the opportunity to move to this position and work to broaden the mission of the Dick Thornburgh Forum at the University of Pittsburgh.
